Abdullah Binharqan

Abdullah Binharqan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of the Office of the Deputy CEO of IP Policy and Collaboration at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) since May 2019. Abdullah also holds the position of Executive Secretary at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) since May 2015 and previously worked as Operations Manager at Riyad Bank from November 2010 to May 2015. Abdullah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University.
