Khalid Alajlan

Khalid Alajlan currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources and Head of HR Operations & Engagement at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) since November 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating establishment team efforts, compensation and benefits, internal communications, employee engagement, payroll, and HR services. Prior experience includes various roles in human resources and payroll services at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences from November 2012 to November 2018, as well as positions at Al Rajhi Bank and Arab National Bank, where Khalid focused on operations and teller responsibilities. Khalid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and a Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia.
