Mohammad Almoshigh, LLM, currently serves as a Trademarks Examiner at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) since October 2021, where responsibilities include assessing trademark applications and drafting new policies. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Researcher at Arabic Computer Systems, focusing on case investigations and document organization, a Legal Trainee at Sadad Company providing strategic legal counsel and issue resolution, and a Legal Affairs Manager at Alwasail Industrial Company advising on business transactions and legal rights.
