Musaed Alotaibi

Musaed Alotaibi serves as the Secretary General at the Saudi Council of Engineers since November 2025. Prior to this role, Musaed held various key positions in the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, including Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation and Smart Cities, and Vice President of Digital Transformation. Musaed was also the CEO of ETMAM from January 2022 to July 2023. Additionally, Musaed's experience includes significant roles at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Digital Government Authority, and the Ministry of Civil Services, focusing on information technology and digital transformation. Musaed began professional career at Mobily, contributing to human capital management systems. Musaed holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Saud University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
