Fahad Albaz

Fahad Albaz has a strong background in information security and cybersecurity. Fahad is currently serving as the CISO and Head of Information Security at Saudi Credit Bureau - SIMAH since February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Board Member in EC-Council - Scheme Committee starting from June 2018.

From March 2021 to February 2023, Fahad worked at Elm Company as the Head of Cybersecurity Assurance & Controls. Before that, they held multiple roles at B a n q u e Saudi F r a n s i from May 2020 to March 2021, including Head of Cybersecurity Architecture & Implementation and Head of Information Security Assurance.

Fahad has also gained extensive experience in network security. From June 2014 to April 2019, they were the Head of Network Security at Vinnell Arabia. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the University of Leicester from 2007 to 2009, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from UCL from 2002 to 2006. Although no specific dates are provided, Fahad Albaz has multiple certifications in various areas of information security, such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, Secure Cloud Services - EXIN Certified Integrator, and Advanced Security Architecture Field Engineer Representative Certification from Cisco.
