Turki Alnagaidan

Turki AlNagaidan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Turki is currently the Chief Human Capital Officer at Saudi Credit Bureau - SIMAH, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Human Resources Director at the same company starting in October 2019.

Before joining Saudi Credit Bureau - SIMAH, Turki AlNagaidan worked at the Social Development Bank (SDB). Turki held various positions at the bank, including Chief Capabilities Officer from February 2019 to October 2019, CHRO from July 2012 to January 2019, and General Director of Development & Quality from July 2011 to July 2014. Turki AlNagaidan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they earned from the University of Hull from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Power Transmission Installation/Installer, General, at Riyadh College of Technology from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their degrees, Turki AlNagaidan has obtained several certifications, including Foundational Consulting Skills from Mustashar Accelerator, a Chartered MCIPD from CIPD, an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation, and an Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer™ from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute.
