Mohammed AlSuhaibani, CIPD, C-KPI is currently the People Operations Manager at Saudi Downtown Company. Prior to this role, Mohammed gained experience as the HR & Admin Manager and Manager Compensation & Employee Benefits at Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. Mohammed also worked as a Senior payroll at the same company. Before that, Mohammed started their career as a Junior Account Executive at Al Rajhi Takaful. Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Business in Business from King Faisal University, a Diploma in Accounting from College of Technology, and a Diploma in Professional Human Resource Management from Chamber Of Commerce (Riyadh).
