Salim Javed

Salim Javed has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Salim began their career at Dabur India Limited in 2003, where they worked as a Financial Analyst and was responsible for fund management and financial analysis. In 2004, they joined Omar Kassem Alesayi Group (OKAG) as a Senior Financial Analyst, specializing in real estate. In this role, they were involved in structuring financial models for various types of properties and actively participated in the creation of a Real Estate Fund.

In 2009, Salim joined AlJazira Capital as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Real Estate division. Here, they played a key role in structuring financial models, drafting investment documents, and supporting the Head of Real Estate.

In 2011, Salim moved to Mutabagani Group, where they held the position of Senior Financial Analyst and Acting CFO. During their time there, they managed the Group's real estate portfolio, advised on acquisitions and liquidations, and oversaw finance and reporting for multiple hospitals, automotive companies, and investments.

Salim's most recent position was at SEDCO Holding, where they joined in 2012 as the Head of Investments. In this role, they led the structuring of real estate development projects across various asset classes and managed complex financial models for different investment proposals. Salim also negotiated real estate deals with capital partners and third-party providers.

Overall, Salim has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, real estate investments, and portfolio management throughout their career.

Salim Javed completed their MBA in Finance from Nizam Business School from 2001 to 2003. Salim also obtained a CMA degree in Financial Markets from IOB in 2001 to 2002, and a certificate in Advanced Financial Modelling from Terrapin in the same period. In addition to their formal education, Salim has acquired various certifications in areas such as Discounted Cash Flow Modeling, Startup Valuation Methods, Behavioral Finance, and more from renowned institutions like Coursera, Duke University, and Yale University. Salim has also received certifications in coaching, negotiation skills, and real estate development.
