Fahad al Mubarak

Fahad Al Mubarak currently serves as the Executive Director of Legal Affairs & BoD Secretariat at Saudi Electricity Company and as a Board Member at Saudi Greek Interconnection Company. Previously, Fahad held the position of Director of Legal Compliance Advisory, Litigations, and Investigations at Maaden and worked at Aramco in various capacities, including Senior Legal Counsel. Additional legal experience includes a role as a Global Visiting Lawyer at Covington & Burling LLP and numerous legal and compliance roles at Saudi Aramco. Fahad's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from American University Washington College of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology, and a minor in Business Administration from Arizona State University, along with participation in the Executive Leadership Institute: The Next Generation of General Counsels.
