Dr. Hamad Balhareth

Dr. Hamad Balhareth, currently serving as the Vice President of Shared Services at Saudi Electronic University, has a vast and impressive background in academia and administration. With experience ranging from Teaching Assistant to Dean of the Research and Consulting Institute at the University of Hail, Dr. Balhareth has also held positions such as Vice Dean of Business Administration College and Supervisor of Entrepreneurship Unit. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Informatics from the University of Reading, Dr. Balhareth also holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Surrey.
