Fai Aldossary

Fai Aldossary currently serves as the Managing Director of Aramco Asia Singapore, overseeing corporate strategies in Southeast Asia and Australasia, and enhancing academic partnerships with universities in Australia. With a distinguished career at Aramco since 2013, Fai has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Domestic Product Planning & Demand Forecast Division, Head of Operations Engineering at Ras Tanura Refinery, and Head of Reliability & Asset Management in Power Systems Engineering. Fai's notable achievements include being the first female operation foreman and maintenance foreman in the company's history, and receiving recognition as a leading GCC woman in asset management. Fai's educational accomplishments include executive programs from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Wharton School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver. Fai actively participates in various leadership and innovation boards, fostering diversity and sustainability initiatives within the organization.
