Hala Alnesseyan

Hala Alnesseyan is currently serving in the role of Decision Support at the Vice Minister Office within the Ministry of Sport since August 2024 and is a member of the Saudi Energy Leaders Assembly since January 2023. Previously, Hala worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2022 to August 2024 and participated as a Delegate in the Ignited Voices program at Misk Leadership from August 2023 to October 2023. Hala gained experience as a Jeel Tamooh Fellow at Boston Consulting Group in 2021 and completed a Summer Analyst position at Strategy& in partnership with MiSK Foundation. Additional experience includes involvement with Arab Excellence and the Edad Program at McKinsey & Company in August 2020. Hala holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Alfaisal University, completed in 2022, and a High School Diploma from Najd National School.
