Bayan Alshahwan

Bayan Alshahwan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bayan is currently the Head of Legal Department at the Saudi Esports Federation, where they have also held roles as Secretary of the Board and Legal Affairs Manager. Prior to that, they worked at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund as a Senior Legal Investigator and a member of the Culture of Excellence Council. Bayan also served as a Legal Specialist at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia and as a Legal Researcher at the National Medical Care Co. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Trainee Lawyer at Al-Ghazzawi Professional Association in Association with Herbert Smith LLP and in administrative roles at Riyad Bank.

Bayan Alshahwan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from King Saud University from 2008 to 2012. Bayan then pursued further education and completed an Executive Master's Program in Justice Administration, earning a Master's degree from King Saud University from 2023 to 2025. In addition to their formal education, Bayan Alshahwan has also obtained several certifications including the 10X Saudi Leader certification from Misk Leadership | مسك القادة in November 2022, the Board Secretary Certificate from Dubai Financial Market in November 2022, and the Women Leadership Program certification from Stanford University in September 2020.
