Pmp® Omar al Kathiri

Omar Al Kathiri, PMP®, is a Corporate PMO Manager at the Saudi Esports Federation since June 2022, where significant achievements include establishing the PMO framework and securing ISO21500 accreditation. Previously, Omar served as a Project Manager at Savvy Gaming Group, contributing to the start-up team and implementing reporting structures. Prior experience at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia involved delivering multimillion-dollar projects for the Typhoon Capability to the Royal Saudi Air Force, alongside knowledge transfer initiatives. Earlier roles include Assistant Project Manager at Airbus Defence and Space - Arabia Services and Field Engineer at Tetra Pak, where Omar managed various engineering projects and ensured compliance with quality standards. Omar began a career in quality management as a Quality System Coordinator at Unilever. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BSc in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Yanbu Industrial College.
