Kholod Alsaigh

Kholod Alsaigh is an accomplished human capital professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Capital Operation Executive Director at SFDA since February 2024, Kholod previously held the position of Human Capital Operations Director at MATARAT Holding from May 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included establishing governance and operational frameworks for new companies operating airports in Saudi Arabia. Kholod has also contributed as HR & Administration Director at SAVIT and served in multiple human resources capacities at iMENA Group, Contact Center Company, and other organizations. With a solid educational foundation including an ongoing Executive MBA from King Saud University and previous studies in English Language and Accounting and Finance, Kholod brings a wealth of expertise in HR policies, organizational design, and compliance with labor standards.
