Thamer Aldaajani

Thamer Aldaajani, PhD, is an accomplished Research Associate Professor and General Manager at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), with extensive experience in mineral and hydrocarbon research. Thamer currently directs the Mineral Innovation Acceleration Park (MIAP) and manages a joint center with Ma’aden, alongside leading the Advanced Earth Surface Monitoring project in collaboration with Caltech. Thamer also serves as a Subject Matter Expert and Board Member for various organizations, including the Saudi Society of Geosciences and the Saudi Geological Survey, while holding the position of Adjunct Faculty Member at King Saud University. Thamer's educational background includes a PhD in Geosciences from Penn State University and postdoctoral research in Geophysics at Caltech.
