Hamad Alhemede

Hamad Alhemede has extensive experience in the aviation industry. Hamad is currently a member of the Audit Committee at Saudi Amad for Airport Services & Transport Support. Previously, they held various managerial roles at SGS - Saudi Ground Services, including VP Commercial, Financial Planning and Analysis Director, Business Transformation Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Operation Senior Manager, and Treasury and Accounts Payables Supervisor. In these roles, they were responsible for developing strategic visions and goals, managing budgets and investments, leading transformation projects, and overseeing financial operations. Hamad has a strong background in financial analysis, corporate governance, and cash flow management.

Hamad Alhemede holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from King AbdulAziz University, earned in 2007. Hamad later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Alfaisal University, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia Business School Executive Education in 2022, CFO Program from London Business School in 2021, as well as Alternative Investment and Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School in the same year.
