Maha al-Faleh

Maha Al-Faleh has over 15 years of work experience in human resources. Maha currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Capital at Saudi Payments, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Saudi Payments from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company.

Before joining Saudi Payments, Maha worked at HSBC Saudi Arabia as a Senior HR Manager from 2014 to 2018. Maha also gained experience at SABB, where they held various positions including HR Relationship Manager from 2012 to 2014, Recruitment Manager from 2012 to 2012, and Assistant Recruitment Manager from 2011 to 2012.

Maha began their career at Saudi Hollandi Bank as a Human Resources Recruitment Officer from 2008 to 2011 before being promoted to the role of Human Resources Assistant Manager in the Recruitment Department from 2011 to 2011.

In 2006, Maha worked at AlNahda Philanthropic Society for Women as the Donor Affair Supervisor in the Media, Public Relations, and Donor Affairs Department from 2006 to 2008.

Maha Al-Faleh completed a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from King Saud University, graduating in 2006.
