BV Srinivasa Rao has a diverse work experience in various industries. BV started their career as an Articleship & Consultant at C.Roy & Co in 1997. BV then worked at Orchid Pharma, where they were responsible for corporate planning, project management, and account management. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Strides Shasun Limited, leading strategic initiatives and evaluating investment opportunities. At Suven Life Sciences Ltd. from 2007 to 2010, they played a key role in establishing the organization and leading various functions. BV then joined Actimus Biosciences Private Limited as Head of Business Strategy & Finance. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Pfizer as Dy General Manager - Operations Strategy, managing cross-functional projects. At Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited from 2016 to 2021, they served as Asst. VP - Strategic Planning, Commercial Excellence & PMO. Currently, they are the Director - Corporate Strategy & Performance Management at SPIMACO since November 2021, overseeing strategic planning and performance management. In May 2022, they also took on the role of Head of Portfolio Management and Excellence at SPIMACO.
