Hassan al Zahrani

Hassan Al Zahrani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer insight, data analysis, and operations management. As the Passenger Customer Insight & Data Analysis Supervisor at Saudi Railway Company since January 2017, Hassan oversees the Sales/AFC Management section, ensuring compliance with revenue operations procedures, managing retail analyst tasks, and maintaining effective revenue collection controls. Prior to this role, Hassan served as Showroom Manager at Home Centre and held multiple managerial positions at Azizia Panda United – Savola Group, including Store Manager, Operations Manager, Administration Manager, and Human Resources. Educational qualifications include diplomas in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from the Royal Commission for Yanbu Colleges & Institutes and Yanbu Industrial College, completed in 2005.
