Rasees S. al Saud

Rasees S. Al Saud is an experienced professional in the financial and investment sectors, currently serving as a Board Member and Board Audit Committee Member at the Saudi Railway Company. Rasees holds the position of Senior Director, Head of Financial Institutions & Investor Relations Department at the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Previously, Rasees was Assistant Deputy Minister for Bilateral International Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia, an Executive Committee Member, and an Advisor to the Assistant Minister for Macro Fiscal Policies and International Financial Affairs. Rasees also served as Director of the Strategic Partnerships Department at the General Authority of Zakat & Tax (GAZT) and worked as an Investment Development Specialist at the Ministry of Investment. Rasees holds a Master's degree in Management and Finance from the University of Sussex and completed additional training at Banque Saudi Fransi.
