Hatim Bukhari

Hatim Bukhari currently serves as the Project Empowerment Director at the Saudi Space Agency. Prior to this, he held various roles at the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, including Deputy Director at the Communication and Information Technology Research Institute, Co-Director of the Center of Excellence for Telecom Applications, and Research Assistant Professor. He also has experience as a Department Manager at the National Center for Sensors and Defense Systems Technologies. Hatim holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he also earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
