Jeremy Bayart

Jeremy Bayart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy management and operations within the district cooling sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operation & Maintenance at Saudi Tabreed District Cooling Company since December 2023, Jeremy previously held roles at Dalkia as Operation Director and Operation and Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities included team development, implementation of a CMMS, and maintaining client relationships. A track record of optimizing energy efficiency and system performance is evident from roles at EMICOOL LLC as Energy Manager, where initiatives included implementing ISO 50001 and developing an energy dashboard. Earlier experience includes significant project management at Veolia Middle East and a series of energy engineering roles at MAF Dalkia Middle East. Jeremy holds a Master's degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from Mines Paris - PSL and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Institut supérieur de Promotion Industrielle - IPI.
