Majid al Yazeedy

Majid Al Yazeedy is an experienced professional in business development and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the General Manager for Marketing Carrier & Wholesale at stc since August 2023. Previously, Al Yazeedy held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at RER from August 2022 to July 2023, and served as Deputy Chief Strategy Officer at SDAIA from August 2020 to July 2022. Al Yazeedy also led the Global AI Summit as CEO for a brief period in 2020 and was the Emerging Technologies General Manager at specialized by stc from January 2018 to August 2020. Earlier career roles include Sr. Service Account Manager at Oracle, Senior PMO Consultant at Archen Engineering Consultants, and Account Manager at Huawei. Al Yazeedy began a career in telecommunications as a Telecom Engineer/Technical Project Manager at the Ministry of Interior - KSA from 2004 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management and a Master of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
