Thomas Hackfort

Thomas Hackfort has extensive work experience, starting in 1998 with EADS Astrium where they held the role of Dipl. Ing. Maschinenbau for five years. In 2003, they joined the SAUERESSIG Group, initially serving as the Head of R&D Engineering for a short period. Thomas quickly advanced to become the Global Manager Saueressig Engineering, a role they held until April 2023. Currently, they are Senior Vice President Design @ Development at SAUERESSIG Group.

Thomas Hackfort obtained a degree in Maschinenbau from FH Münster from 1993 to 1997. Thomas also obtained a certification in DVS-IIW International Welding Engineer from GSI SLV Duisburg in 2010.
