Chandra Kilgriff

Chandra Kilgriff currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Saul Ewing LLP, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Chandra held multiple roles at Robins Kaplan LLP from May 2015 to July 2021, including Chief Talent & Diversity Officer, Director of Diversity, Inclusion & Pro Bono, and Diversity, Inclusion & Pro Bono Manager. Prior to that, Chandra was an Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from September 2007 to May 2015. Chandra holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
