Michelle Novick

Michelle Novick is an experienced partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, where since July 2008, focus has been on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and corporate restructuring, advising and litigating for banking, trade creditor, and commercial clients nationwide. Prior to this role, Novick served as special counsel at Thompson Coburn LLP from August 1998 to July 2008, representing clients in bankruptcy matters, with an emphasis on defending creditors in preference litigation. As an associate at Adelman & Gettleman LTD from November 1991 to July 1998, Novick specialized in representing debtors, including multi-generational businesses, in financial issues and contract disputes. Novick holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law (1991) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1988).
