Brian Kidd

Brian Kidd is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience across various prominent law firms and institutions. Currently, Brian serves as a Partner at Sher Tremonte LLP since June 2025 and previously held the same title at Morrison & Foerster LLP from January 2021 to June 2025. Brian has also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Prior notable positions include serving as Chief of the Market Integrity and Major Frauds Unit at the U.S. Department of Justice, and as a Trial Attorney in both the Fraud Section and the Public Integrity Section. Brian began a legal career after earning a JD from Cardozo School of Law and a BA in Politics/History from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
