Safer Mourad

Safer Mourad is currently serving as the Vice President at Saurer Technology Center in the Saurer Group since September 2018. Prior to this role, Safer held the position of Leiter Verfahrensentwicklung und Grundlagen at FISBA from July 2008 to July 2018. Safer's background includes research work as a Researcher in Media Technology at Empa from 1998 to 2008, and as a Research And Development Engineer at Leica Geosystems AG from September 1993 to December 1997. Safer achieved a Ph.D. in computer science from EPFL in 2003, a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl. El.-Ing.) in Electrical engineering, automation and communication technology from ETH Zurich in 1993, and completed Essentials of Management from the University of St.Gallen in 2007.
