Michelle Wilson

Michelle Wilson is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within the K-12 sector, currently serving as Assistant Principal at Santa Ana Unified School District since August 2022. Prior to this, Michelle held a similar position at Green Dot Public Schools from July 2012 to August 2022, where expertise was developed in change management, curriculum adoption, and restorative practices. With a strong foundation in teaching as a Grade Level Lead and English teacher, Michelle has implemented evidence-based strategies to support at-risk students and enhance academic performance. Earlier career highlights include founding teacher roles, participation with Teach For America, and early outreach coordination focused on college readiness. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree from UC Irvine, a Master’s in Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from California State University, Northridge.
