Stephen Colaluca

Stephen Colaluca is currently the Vice President of Operations at Savage Arms Inc., where Stephen has held various leadership positions such as Director of Manufacturing, Sr. Manager of Factory Operations, and Sr. Manager of Quality. Prior to Savage Arms, Stephen worked at Smith & Wesson as a Team Leader in Revolver Barrel production and at Thorn Industries Inc. as a CNC Programmer and Machinist. Stephen also has experience as a CNC Programmer and Mold Maker at Seahorse Bioscience. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Southern New Hampshire University and various certificates in Mastercam, milling, and quality solutions.
