Ann Eliese Grey has a diverse and extensive work experience in technology and management roles. Ann Eliese started their career as a Senior Ad Developer at Eyewonder, where they played a crucial role in growing the digital department and managing ad campaigns for clients like Coca-Cola and Yahoo!. Ann Eliese then co-founded Vein Systems (formerly Vein Media) and served as the Lead Developer, overseeing projects for Coca-Cola and other partners.
In 2007, Grey joined Electronic Arts (EA) as a Lead Developer and Scrum Master for the internal start-up "EA Link." Ann Eliese excelled in Agile and Scrum methodologies and successfully managed project scope and timelines using Hansoft. After leaving EA, they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing full-stack development consulting services to various clients across the country.
Grey's entrepreneurial spirit led their to found the Mesmer Group, where they served as the CTO and Founder. Ann Eliese managed a wide range of technology projects for clients such as Mercedes Benz Stadium and Mitsubishi, while also taking on hands-on development projects to stay proficient in coding.
Continuing their career in technology leadership roles, Grey joined Big Squid, Inc. as the CTO/VP Development, overseeing innovative software solutions and collaborating with executive staff and clients like Nike and InBev. Ann Eliese then transitioned to the role of Management Consultant at Mesmer Group, managing consulting projects for businesses and agencies and assuming interim roles as Director of Technology for Morrison Agency and Macquarium.
At TechStyle Fashion Group, Grey joined as the Manager of Engineering, where they managed the internal customer support applications and led a fully remote team. Ann Eliese focused on team engagement and happiness, handled resource and budget requests, and actively recruited new team members.
Currently, Grey is working at Savage X Fenty as the Sr Director of Engineering. Their responsibilities include overseeing engineering initiatives and leading technology teams.
Ann Eliese Grey attended Stanford University in 2015, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Entrepreneurship from Stanford University. In 2020 and 2021, they obtained multiple certifications, including "Motivating Employees," "Building Your Team," "Practicing Fairness as a Manager," and others, from LinkedIn. In 2022, they obtained the "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02): 1 Cloud Services Overview" certification from LinkedIn. Additionally, they completed the "RISE Managers - Relationship Management" program from TechStyle Fashion Group in 2021.
