Laurel T. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Laurel started their career as the Vice President of Human Resources at W.J. Bradley Company where they stayed for ten years. Laurel then moved on to become the Vice President of Human Resources & Total Rewards at Air Medical Resource Group. After that, they worked as a Business Advisory Board and Adjunct Faculty at LDS Business College. Laurel also served as a member of the Romney Institute Advisory Board at Brigham Young University. Following this, they became a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Timmins Consulting International. Currently, Laurel is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Benefits, & Compensation at Savage Services, where they oversee various HR functions such as talent acquisition, compensation programs, and compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements. Additionally, they lead the enterprise Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.

Laurel T. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Brigham Young University, where they attended from 1987 to 1992. Laurel furthered their education by earning a Master's degree in Public Administration from the same university, studying from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, Laurel T. received several certifications throughout their career, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification in 2002, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2015, and the Syntrio US Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Multi-State 60 certification in 2023.
