Blake Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer and SVP of Customer Success at Savana, Inc. since November 2014, Blake leads a service delivery organization focused on enhancing customer success in a modern banking operations environment.
