Steven Nusca, MBA

Steven Nusca, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Steven began their career at Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA in 2012 as an Assistant Wellness Director, where they provided wellness consultations, supervised staff, and managed operational procedures. From 2014 to 2015, Steven worked as an Associate Agent at Nationwide Insurance. Steven then returned to Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, assuming the role of Wellness Director from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Steven joined Accolade, Inc. as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing operational processes. Concurrently, they served in the Army National Guard, starting as a Battalion Chemical Officer from 2015 to 2021 and then as an Executive Officer from 2021 onwards.

As part of their ongoing professional development, Steven pursued an MBA degree. Steven is currently employed at Savana, Inc. since July 2021, where they work as a Project Manager and Financial Analyst. With this extensive background, Steven brings a diverse skill set and expertise to their current role.

Steven Nusca completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Saint Joseph's University in the years 2019-2020. Prior to that, they pursued an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and obtained a B.A. in Physical Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

In terms of additional certifications, Steven obtained a Secret Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense. Additionally, they completed several courses on LinkedIn, including Change Management for Projects, Understanding Capital Markets, Project Management Foundations, Project Management Foundations: Risk, Project Management: Calculating Earned Value, and Excel: PivotTables for Beginners. All these certifications were obtained in 2019.
