Garrett Criden is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Director and Vice President at Savanna since February 2021, following a progression from Associate. Prior to this, Garrett held the position of Associate at Dune Real Estate Partners for a brief period from September 2020 to February 2021 and returned to Savanna to work as an Associate, Senior Analyst, and Investment Analyst between April 2018 and September 2020. Garrett began a career at Deutsche Bank as an Analyst from July 2016 to March 2018. Garrett earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2016 and attended Ransom Everglades School from 2008 to 2012.
