Emily Seeney

Emily Seeney currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Involvement at Savannah College of Art and Design since October 2021, where responsibilities include creating online training modules for student leaders, collaborating with departments to ensure compliance with SCAD policies, assisting in orientation program planning, and editing departmental communications. Previously, Emily was the Coordinator of Service-Learning and Community Engagement at Austin Peay State University from January 2018 to November 2021, focusing on designing publications, managing volunteer trips, and overseeing budgets for various programs. Emily's early career included roles as Volunteer Coordinator and Mission Impact Assistant at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly from September 2015 to December 2017. Academically, Emily holds a Master’s degree in Post-Secondary Education from Murray State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literary Studies from Appalachian State University.
