Heather Vaccaro

Heather Vaccaro, DBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as the Director of Faculty Development at Savannah College of Art and Design, Heather leads professional development for over 800 employees and designs training programs that enhance employee skills and satisfaction. As a Business Professor, Heather specializes in curriculum design and has achieved high satisfaction rates among participants in leadership and management training. Additional experience includes consulting for small to medium-sized businesses and serving as a professor at Milligan University, where several successful training and recruitment programs were established. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration from George Fox University and an MBA in Leadership from Milligan University.
