Walter Woods

Walter Woods is an accomplished game designer and educator, currently serving as the Lead Developer and Founder of Here Below since September 2020, where a psychological horror game titled "Dark and Deep" is being developed. In addition to this role, Walter has been a Professor of Game Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design since February 2016. Previous experience includes serving as Tech Lead at Softbody Studios, where the focus was on creating organic Virtual Reality experiences, and as Cofounder and Design Director at MUTT Studio, which produced the game "Assembly Required." Earlier roles include Architectural and Media Designer at NAGA Architects and various freelance projects. Walter holds multiple degrees from the Savannah College of Art and Design, including a Master of Architecture and a Master of Arts in Motion Graphics.
