Stephanie R. Pendleton

Stephanie is the Credit Risk Executive for Coastal Georgia and the State of Florida in the Southeast Commercial Banking Group for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to this role, Stephanie was a Senior Credit Products Officer who led a team of professionals who deliver debt to commercial and institutional clients throughout the Southeast. In this role, she additionally provided financial solutions to power and utilities clients, including the cooperatives, and clients across the general industries portfolio in Southeast Georgia and North Florida.

Within Bank of America, Stephanie has served on the Environmental Lending Council for the Southeast, serves on the Savannah Leadership team, as Chair for the Bank of America Foundation Grant committee for Savannah and has coordinated training programs for the China Construction Bank.

Within the community Stephanie serves on the Board and the finance committee of Royce Learning Center, is Chair of the Board of the Community Housing Services Association of Savannah, and is a mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation, currently working with a mentee in Lagos, Nigeria. She formerly served on the Board of Governors for The Landings Club. Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College in Asian Studies.

Stephanie and her husband, Wendell, have a son, Christopher (’19), a teenaged son attending school in South Carolina and a grown son and daughter, both living in Texas with their families.
