Simon Gillibrand

Simon Gillibrand is a seasoned professional in executive search and leadership advisory with extensive experience in the natural resources and clean technology sectors. Currently serving as Partner at Savannah Group since August 2025, Simon previously held senior leadership roles at CSG Talent from October 2012 to August 2025, including Senior Director focused on Natural Resources, Energy, CleanTech, and Decarbonization. Simon managed global teams and led special projects, contributing to sustainable initiatives across various industries, including mining, renewable energy, and agriculture. Earlier career experiences include a Divisional Director position at Goodall Brazier and an Account Manager role at Write Research Company. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Genetics from the University of Leeds.
