Emma Savin

Emma Savin has a strong background in HR, talent development, and organizational change. Emma has held various leadership roles, such as Head of Talent Development at Savannah Energy, VP of Talent and Organisation Capability at SPX FLOW, Inc., and Talent and Organisation Development Director EMEA at SPX Corporation. Their experience includes designing new performance management systems, managing talent pipelines, and leading organizational culture change projects. Emma has been successful in improving employee engagement and aligning HR strategies with business goals throughout their career.

Emma Savin completed their LLB Hons in Law from Anglia Ruskin University from 1991 to 1994, followed by an MBA in Business Administration from the same university from 1994 to 1995. Emma also obtained certifications in Change Management Trainer, Six Thinking Hats, and DDI Facilitator Certification Process in 2010 and 2012.
