Eric K. Meier

CFO at Savant Capital Management

Eric has been involved in the financial services industry since 1990 and has extensive experience in leadership roles in finance, strategy, and M&A. Prior to joining Savant, he was the CFO and managing director for Performance Trust Capital Partners, a national investment advisor, asset manager, and broker/dealer. Before that, he served as CFO and COO of Washington Wealth Management / Kestra Financial, a national registered investment advisor (RIA) providing a full-service turnkey platform for aggregating independent advisors and RIAs. He was also COO and managing director for Transmarket Group LLC, a global private investment and trading company focused on leveraging proprietary technology in the global equity, derivatives, and commodity markets with offices in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia. Early in his career, Eric was with the Chicago Board of Trade/CME Group, where he served as vice president of strategic planning and director of corporate and international development. In his roles, he was closely involved with restructuring the 160-year-old company’s financial and operating model, creating a global electronic trading platform, and preparing for its IPO and sale.

Eric earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from Southern Illinois University and a master of business administration degree in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
