Jennifer L. Kessler

Jennifer has been involved in the customer service industry since 2006. She was a front desk receptionist in Savant’s Rockford office before transitioning to her current role. Prior to joining Savant, she worked as a front office medical administrative assistant, coordinating patient appointments and was the lead advisor for social media and website integration. She spent several years as team leader for the front office and management at Rasmussen College, and worked as a copy editing assistant for the Rockford Register Star, assisting in multiple departments reporting for sports and entertainment.

Jennifer earned a bachelor of arts degree in journalism and mass communication from Drake University and is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified ProfessionalSM (FPQP®).
