Dylan Rup

Dylan Rup has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dylan started their career as a Software Test Engineer Co-op at Emerson Automation Solutions in 2013. Following that, they worked at ExxonMobil as a Chemist, where they were responsible for overseeing lab operations, optimizing product recipes, and leading laboratory quality programs. Dylan then joined Shine Development Partners as a Business Development Associate, where they performed outreach and due-diligence to expand the project pipeline for a renewable energy developer. At Sol-Ark, Dylan worked as a Sales Engineer and later as a Sales Manager for the Eastern US, focusing on sales operations and customer engagement. Currently, they are working at Savant Systems as a System Engineer and has recently been promoted to the role of Senior Product Manager. In this position, they oversee product management and continues to contribute to the development and enhancement of systems and processes. Dylan's work experience showcases their versatility and ability to excel in various roles across different industries.

Dylan Rup has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, which they obtained from 2010 to 2015. In 2019, they pursued an online certificate in Solar Energy from Delft University of Technology. The following year, in 2020, Dylan earned another online certificate, this time in Incorporating Renewable Energy into the Electricity Grid, from Imperial College London. Additionally, in September 2020, they obtained the OSHA 10 - Construction Industry certification from CareerSafe Online.
