About the Role

As part of the wider Research, Insight & Consulting division, this role sits in our Brands Team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced researcher to join the team that works with household name brands from Retail and FMCG to luxury goods and eating out.

This role will be primarily focused on innovation projects.  We’ve supported leading brands for decades with their product and service development research, to help launch new innovative solutions that last and help brands grow and diversify. Our product and service development research provides actionable insight that helps create products based on true consumer needs and wants. 

The Consultant will also oversee small to medium-sized client relationships, managing the projects right from brief to delivery, collaborating with the team experts and other specialist teams across Savanta.

This role offers a great chance for you to develop your career, gain valuable exposure to high profile clients and work across a varied client base delivering high-quality quantitative and mixed methodology projects.

Led by experienced senior insights consultants who are committed to developing and inspiring more junior colleagues, this dynamic team provides a fast-paced environment where the right person can learn, develop and progress quickly.

About You

  • You will have a flair for quantitative research, with an understanding of research methods and how to utilise them to design research to meet clients’ needs

  • You will thrive on variety and challenge and be able to balance competing demands on your time

  • Experienced in developing and nurturing client relationships, with the ability to articulate insights to clients

  • Knowledgeable in consumer research or have a keen interest in supporting clients in this area

  • Naturally curious, you will be someone who is always wanting to learn more. You will thrive on variety and challenge and be able to balance competing demands on your time.

Not essential but beneficial - Agency side experience in

  • Concept/Product testing

  • Hall/Restaurant testing

  • Max Diff, Conjoint and how to utilise advanced analytics
