Latoya M Moses PRC SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Latoya M has worked in various roles in human resources and talent acquisition. Latoya M'smost recent position was as the Principal Talent Acquisition at Savantage Solutions, where they represented Human Resources and worked closely with business colleagues and executive leadership. Latoya M was responsible for recruitment, performance management, organizational restructuring, coaching, training, and special projects. Latoya M also conducted new hire orientation and onboarding, provided coaching to line managers, and educated employees on group health plans and benefits.

Latoya M also worked as a Recruiter at Color Fury and ACA Talent, where they owned the full-cycle recruiting process and successfully placed candidates in high-volume and time-sensitive environments.

Earlier in their career, Latoya worked in the Human Resources department at CRI, where they assisted in managing all aspects of HR, from new employee orientation to performance appraisals and conflict resolution. Latoya M also had a stint as the owner of The Cluttered Closet Thift Stores. Throughout their career, Latoya has consistently demonstrated their expertise in HR processes, talent acquisition, and employee development.

Latoya M Moses PRC SHRM-CP started their education at Kennesaw State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Anthropology. In 2015, they obtained a SHRM-CP certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from The Catholic University of America. In 2016, they pursued International Business and Human Resources Management at Southern New Hampshire University. Latoya also holds additional certifications, including the AIRS PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER CERTIFICATION, Professional Human Resource Certificate from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, SHRM-CP from SHRM, and Effective Sourcing for Engineering and IT Experts from AIRS.
