Francesca Eardley

Francesca Eardley has extensive work experience in the field of science education. Francesca is currently the Head of Science at Save My Exams, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Chemistry Subject Lead at Save My Exams from January 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Save My Exams, Francesca worked at Pearson as a BTEC Applied Science Examiner from August 2019 to August 2022. Francesca also held various positions at Newcastle Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG), including Assistant Headteacher: Academic and Creative Studies from August 2018 to November 2020, and Head of Science from August 2017 to August 2018.

Francesca'sprevious experience includes serving as a School Governor at Academy Transformation Trust from September 2017 to December 2018. Francesca also worked as a Chemistry GCSE & A-Level Examiner at AQA from July 2012 to September 2017, and as a Chemistry A-Level Examiner at OCR from July 2012 to July 2016.

Francesca's earlier roles include serving as Assistant Head of Science, Head of Chemistry & Geology, and Head of Chemistry at City of Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College from September 2015 to August 2017. Francesca began their teaching career as a Teacher of Chemistry at Painsley Catholic College from September 2010 to January 2015.

Francesca Eardley's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Forensic Science, which they obtained from Keele University between 2006 and 2009. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Senior Leadership at the same institution, Keele University.
