Sophie Pénicaud

Sophie Pénicaud is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning, currently serving as a MEAL Advisor at Save the Children Canada since September 2021, where oversight of research, evidence, and learning for humanitarian and development programs is a primary responsibility. Prior to this role, Sophie worked as a Consultant for Universalia from December 2017 to September 2021, engaging with various international organizations, including UNICEF and the World Bank, on evaluation mandates. Additional experience includes positions in communications and project assistance within organizations such as Médecins du Monde, UNESCO, and the British Council. Sophie holds a Master's Degree in International Studies and a Certificate in International Cooperation from Université de Montréal, along with a Bachelor's Degree in History from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
