Maria Victoria Riano Salgar

Maria Victoria Riano Salgar is an experienced leader in business and social impact, currently serving as Directora at Capitalismo Consciente Colombia since June 2023. An author for Todos Somos Líderes 2021 and a Board Member for multiple organizations including Joyco, Banco W, and Allianz Colombia, Maria Victoria also holds a position on the Advisory Committee for Pei Asset Management. Since January 2021, Maria Victoria has been a member of the Advisory Council for Save the Children Colombia and founded BeWo (Better World) in June 2020. Previously, Maria Victoria directed efforts at Fundación Juanfe until August 2023 and contributed to the Corporación Ambiental Empresarial as a board member until June 2023. Maria Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a certificate in Alta Gerencia from Universidad de Los Andes.
